Are you pet friendly?

While we love pets, we are unable to accommodate your furry family members at the Beach House. Certified service animals are always welcome.

Does the Beach House have laundry?

Yes! All units at the Beach House have access to a shared laundry area in the lower level of the home. You can access the laundry in the back of the house, down the lower level flight of stairs. Each unit is equipped with a key labeled “laundry” on the kitchen counter.

Do all of the units have water views?

Yes! All units at the Fish Creek Beach House have completely unobstructed water views from the patios and living rooms. Check out more photos of the property here!

Are there any minimum stay requirements?

• Summer (end of June - August): 7 night minimum with check-in/out on Saturdays

• Fall (September - October): 3 night minimum

• Winter (November -April) : 2 night minimum

• Spring (May - end of June): 3 night minimum

Do you have parking available?

There are two spots allocated per unit, and parking is available both in the front of the Beach House (off of Main Street) and in the back of the house (off of Bluff Lane).

Are there beach chairs and towels for use?

Yes, there are beach towels in every unit for use (the navy blue towels in the basket in the living room) and there are a handful of chairs that can be found in the lower laundry level of the home. We ask that you please return the chairs when you are finished using them so that they can be enjoyed by other guests as needed.

Is there a grill?

Yes, there is a shared grill in the back of the Beach House that anyone can use during their stay!

Do you offer discounts for extended stays?

Mid-season: 10% weekly discount (7+ days) | 20% monthly discount (28+ days)

Low season: 20% weekly discount (7+ days) | 30% monthly discount (28+ days)
